Yes, you can push the back wheels like a wheelchair. It takes some strength, but you can wheelie it too. |

No special passes, all the fourcross riders are just riders like everyone. In fact not all fourcross riders are disabled. The sport is open to all. I even raced against Hollywood Mike Miranda at Woodward West once. One thing the disabled riders do get is kick ass parking. At Whistler we get to park at the end of the road by the Westin. If you see Stacy in his mini-van chillin out next next summer be sure to drop by and tell him Eric says hi.

It was the engineers at SCB that built this thing. They do a different crazy bike for all the big MTB events. This is the best one yet. |

They actually held up pretty good. Where they fall apart is when you hit rocks with em'. They dent easy. There were fine in Whistler, but suck at Northstar... Mag 30's are still the most bomb proof 26" wheels I have ridden on a fourcross bike. Up front, those Alex ESD25's have never been a problem (and they are stiff as hell).

If the little wooden wall rides on Crank It Up at Whistler count, then yes I can. I have gotten all 4 wheels on the wood there...

Those are colored pipe-cleaners wrapped around the spokes. It was a prank that was pulled on me while coaching a kids camp last summer. I raced in Whistler with the decorations on my bike...

I have a used one for sale for $5500 with some spare parts. You can currently buy new ones from R-one for $11,500. I hope that the organization I am working with to develop the next generation of bikes (Active Force Foundation) will be ready sometime this summer for sale at around $8500. |
